The ability to learn and share information is a core component of being a good web developer. The majority of places we get this information from is powered by an incredible community of developers from all around the world. Some of these people are senior developers at Google, others are students who only have a few months of web development under the belt. Regardless of experience, everyone has the potential to bring a new perspective to the table.

That’s why the developers at Yoyo created Internet Explorers, a meetup for web professionals and enthusiasts of any skill level in the Tunbridge Wells and Kent area — you can have 10 years experience under your belt or just be dipping your toe in the ocean, everyone is welcome.

We aim to put on one event each month, alternating between a general meetup, and a topic focused meetup were explore one more more specific aspects of web development.

Both types of meetup are about getting an open conversation started, where anyone can contribute. There is no such thing as a stupid question and you are welcome to join in as much or as little as you want.

Most months we meet every second Tuesday at either Sankey's or The House at 6:30pm.
